For contacts who have received a Google Wallet digital business card through Agents Wallet

1. About This Page

This page is for people who have received or saved a Google Wallet digital business card through the Agents Wallet platform. Agents Wallet is a service operated by Zeogly Pty Ltd (ABN 55 625 307 431) that allows licensed real estate agencies and agents to issue digital business cards to their clients and contacts via Google Wallet.

If you saved a real estate agent’s digital business card to your Google Wallet by scanning a QR code, that pass was issued through the Agents Wallet platform and Zeogly Pty Ltd is the issuer.

2. What Information Is on the Pass

The pass contains the real estate agent’s contact details only: their name, professional title, agency name, phone number, email address, a profile photograph, and the agency’s logo. The pass also includes a QR code that allows other contacts to save their own copy of the agent’s card.

Zeogly does not collect any personal information from you when you scan a QR code or save a pass to your Google Wallet. The pass installation process is handled entirely by Google’s own platform and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. How to Remove a Pass From Your Google Wallet

You can remove a pass from your Google Wallet at any time. To do so:

  1. Open the Google Wallet app on your Android device.
  2. Find the agent’s pass and tap on it to open it.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu (More options) in the top right corner.
  4. Select Remove or Delete.

When you remove a pass, Google notifies us via a webhook and we update our pass status records to reflect the removal. No further updates will be sent to your device for that pass.

4. Pass Updates

While the agent’s subscription with Agents Wallet is active, certain details on the pass — such as the agent’s profile photograph, professional title, or agency branding — may be updated remotely. This keeps the information on your saved pass current. We do not use the pass to send you marketing communications.

If an agent’s account is suspended or terminated, their pass will be marked as inactive or expired and its contact links and QR code sharing functionality will be disabled.

In summary: Zeogly does not collect or hold personal information about pass holders (contacts who scan a QR code and save a pass). The pass installation process is handled by Google and Zeogly does not receive information that identifies you from that process. Webhook notifications received from Google contain only pass object identifiers and event timestamps — not any information that identifies you personally.
