What counts as an agent?
Any licensed real estate professional with their own digital wallet pass and agent account dashboard access. Your agency admin manages who is listed as an agent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. On a monthly plan that means until the end of the current month. On an annual plan, you will receive a refund for any unused complete calendar months remaining at the date of cancellation, calculated at the monthly rate for your plan, less the value of the two-month annual discount. No refund is payable if this calculation produces a nil or negative amount. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle — you will not be charged twice for the same period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. Google Wallet production certification is complete — once we onboard your agency from the waitlist, your first pass will be ready within minutes.
Which phones does Agents Wallet work on?
Agents Wallet issues Google Wallet passes for Android. When a client scans your QR code, the pass saves natively to their built-in Google Wallet app — no download required. Agents Wallet has completed Google Wallet API production certification, so live passes are ready to issue today. Apple Wallet support for iPhone is in development and requires a separate Apple certification, which we are currently completing — agencies are onboarded from the waitlist once that is finished.
What type of pass does Agents Wallet issue?
Agents Wallet issues Generic passes via the Google Wallet API — the pass type designed for digital business cards, membership credentials, and informational cards. Passes display the agent’s name, title, agency, phone number, email address, headshot photograph, and a pass-sharing QR code. No payment data is stored or transmitted.
Is Agents Wallet available now?
Agents Wallet has completed Google Wallet API production certification, so we can issue live, fully functional Google Wallet passes today. We are now completing certification for Apple Wallet so agents can offer both platforms from day one. Once that is finished, we will begin onboarding agencies from the waitlist.
